ACE Financial Services Money-Back Guarantee Policy
At ACE Financial Services, our primary goal is to assist clients in removing questionable negative information from their credit reports. However, credit repair is not an exact science, and there may be instances where results are not achieved. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 90-day warranty. If you enroll in any of our programs and no questionable items are removed from your credit report within 90 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. While this guarantee ensures some progress, it does not imply that all negative items on your credit report will be resolved within this timeframe. (Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.)

Terms and Conditions for the ACE Financial Services Money-Back Guarantee:
- Eligibility Period:
- Refund eligibility begins on day 90 of your active program participation.
- You must remain enrolled in the program and fulfill all payment obligations for the initial 90 days. Canceling or failing to make payments during this period will void the guarantee.
- Client Obligations:
- You must avoid creating or causing any new derogatory trade lines to appear on your credit report after starting the program.
- All payments due to ACE Financial Services must be made on time and in full, per the terms of your agreement.
- Identity Verification:
- Proof of identity, such as a copy of your driver’s license and Social Security card, must be provided to ACE Financial Services within five (5) days of the agreement's effective date.
- Refund Request Process:
- You must provide ACE Financial Services thirty (30) days to review your credit reports and audit your account to confirm no questionable items were removed and identify the reason for this.
- Refund requests must be submitted between days 91 and 120 from the date your first payment was processed to activate your account.
- Continuing the program beyond 120 days constitutes a waiver of your right to request a refund.
